RETURN POLICY

THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING OUR DETROIT BASED INDEPENDENT BUSINESS.

we accept returns within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase for store credit only. we do not issue refunds. the items must be in unworn, unwashed, new condition with tags attached, and accompanied by the receipt or order confirmation. 

if you need to return an online purchase, please email info@urbanangelo.com to inform us of the return prior to shipping it back.

customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. once we receive your return, a gift card code will be issued via email. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items online or in-store.

if you believe you received defective merchandise, our store must be informed  within 7 days. please contact us at info@urbanangelo.com for any further questions.

returns mailed in that do not meet the above criteria are subject to the shipping and handling fees for us to send the items back to you.
